IIRC it's in their expansion to B2 Keep on the Borderlands, entitled _Little Keep on the Borderlands_, but I may just be remembering some illustrations that suggested a new location, and were in fact detailed in a different product. The descriptions of this product don't indicate that Hackmaster made an adventure centered around this scene on the cover. I thought I'd read that somewhere. Maybe I'm confused with the Little Keep on the Borderlands being redone.
