As soon as I can get all the art I can gather into them. No art director any more so I'm doing it all by myself minus Cebrion's help with editing, maps, and cartography.

Heh. Just pulling your chain, Rick, to see if you're still awake. I know it takes time.

Welcome to Canonfire! Zeilon. Happy

Everyone gets busy with "life" around here and therefore things can move slowly, but they DO "move." Laughing

We all look forward to your participation and contributions to the site. And, while you're waiting for the new OJ, look around, catch-up on things you might have missed and feel free to ask any question you'd like . . . someone around "here" can answer it, trust me. Wink

Again, welcome to Canonfire! Cool

The work is all but done so far as I know, but Duicarthan has been AWOL for some time now, and it is he who puts the finishing touches to, and posts the OJ. Drop him a Pm and it might light afire under his bum. ;)

Just waiting for the final art for #26. Otherwise it's been ready to go for a bit, and #27 is apparently underway too.

Excellent! Looking forward to it. Happy

I'm disappointed that I couldn't get my submission ready on time for OJ #26, but I'll plan to be ready for the next one. Smile

Kafka,

Thanks for you interest in the progress being made on the OJ. Canonfire! members, Nellisir and Argon are taking the lead on that, though Duicarthan remains Editor-in-Chief.

We're told that the new OJ #26 is nearing completion and is simply waiting on a few pieces of Art. And you can keep as updated as the rest of us by going to the OJ's new blog page here:

http://oerthjournal.blogspot.com/

As for the links, we currently have 25 broken links and 11 broken downloads. My appointment to the position of Moderator/Administrator is quite recent, so I will ask for your patience. This matter IS being rectified, I assure you.

As an aside, we will also be reconstituting the CF Crier, our newsletter, which will keep our members posted regarding all such matters in the future. So look for that soon.

Again, thanks for your interest and concern. I promise that the matter will be resolved soon.

Thank you for dedicating your time and energy to this effort, Mystic. We all really appreciate whatever you and the other administrators are able to do to make this site and the OJ better.

The Oerth Journal #26 has been released, and I have fixed all Oerth Journal links as well(I did that months ago actually). I have also updated other links as well(throughout the site and in the Downloads section), and as such every reported broken link is fixed as of this posting. This involved locating, and restoring, many files that had gone missing. The location and restoration of other files remains an ongoing endeavor. There may still be other broken links on the site. If you find any broken links in the Articles or Downloads sections, report them and I will deal with them as and when I am able to.

The Oerth Journal #26 will be revamped a bit, so I am killing the link to it for now.

Oooh... Since I already downloaded a copy to my computer, does that mean that in 25 years my original, first release copy will be worth hundreds of dollars? Cool

I was also one of the lucky ones to get the first edition. I have 1605x1248 versions of the maps (150 dpi) of SCAR. Which at a glance might be better res than the ones used in the PDF. Just let me know and I can email those to whomever to get them in the revised edition.
