OJ 26 is here!

OJ 26 released for good; download here:

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/5851594/Downloads_Section/Oerth_Journal/OJ_26te.pdf

You may have five minutes to read it, then kindly sharpen your pencils and GET TO WORK! We'd want more submissions for OJ 27, and we want them NOW!

Stone endures.

Nellisir,

Great to hear it. It looks cleaner than before as well.

Well, I'm sorry to say that it is still screwed up. Several of the Razic'Jewel paragraphs are repeated and out of order, paragraphs in the body of the text are repeated, word-for-word, in side bars, and the third paragraph of the article ends and its conclusion is nowhere to be found. This is all unchanged from the original, flawed, version.

I downloaded the new version linked to in this thread above by Nellisir twice to be sure I got the correct one.

According to the "Comments" on this Nellisir post:

http://oerthjournal.blogspot.com/2011/12/new-oerth-journal.html#comment-form

The issue was only "pulled" so that "they" could add some artwork -- which apparently fell through anyway.

They didn't originally "pull it" to do any editing work.

Ah, in that case I would like to offer a solution instead of criticism of the volunteers that I appreciate very much: I would be very happy to volunteer my own efforts as an editor/proofreader for the next edition of the Oerth Journal. I can happily offer Aurdraco and Braggi as references for my proofreading skills.

Oerth Journal #26 was great! Happy I actually loved how they went outside the Flanaess on this one. And having Erik Mona and Greg A. Vaughan was awesome! Not to mention everything else like the great adventure from Rick Miller! There's only 1 word to give as a hint for the adventure in OJ #26 ...."Tharizdun!" Evil Grin

I was concerned at first when I saw the old article from Erik that had the locations from the Sagard books, since they're clearly on an alternate world, but I like how you guys put them on that large peninsula. That peninsula has about the same landmass so it all works! Happy

I did notice an error on the map, though. It has Zahind and Jahind in two places: in the area immediately south of the Sea of Dust, and also on the tip of the peninsula containing all of the Sagard/Yarth nations.
