After taking a hiatus from D&D I've decided to brush off the dust of my books, miniatures, CC3 program and battle mat. It's time for some D&D once again. Thought I would give 5th edition a try, if it doesn't work out for me I'll go back to 3.5. Guess we will see what happens. I decided to pick up with the old campaign from ten years ago rather than start new characters and new scenarios.
First order of business........Descend the stairwells and halls of Castle Greyhawk. Tharizdon has found a way to strip clerics of their divine spells so at 11th level I'm going in without them. Rumor has it that the depths of Castle Greyhawk may provide a way for the spells to become available to clerics once again. Meanwhile, the forces of Arcana magic are bonding together to lead a war between Arcana magic and the religions of the world.
I have a new friend, she's a 11th level ranger. The old party went their separate ways. Seems that I got into a big disagreement over religion with them.
