I found a back-up file for the prospective Postfest village project, though what level of interest remains I have no idea.

We've done several Inns & Taverns ones, per the index @ http://www.canonfire.com/cf//modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=3616 so if we do village/cities/settlement stuff, it would be better to focus on other types of businesses, likely working off the list from the Walled City geomorphs for inspiration: http://www.greyhawkonline.com/grodog/gh_geomorphs.html#city

VILLAGE MAP

Locations were to be allotted and written up by participants, and I think many people did work on their entries. Could be easier to drum up interest using the newer social media avenues now too.

It looks like a few folks posted submissions in the 2013 thread @ http://www.canonfire.com/cf/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=5578&start=50&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=&sid=33bff2a802b44addf3d20d2d6b10b361 but I'm not sure if that's the same postfest project that Cebrion was pointing to or not, above?

There's a nice settlements generator that's come online in the past 18 months or so that makes very good, organic-looking maps that might be worth using: https://watabou.itch.io/medieval-fantasy-city-generator

Makes sense to me!

I'm running return to tomb and could have used that for Kalstrand and Pitchfield.

I still think we should do a Postfest...

Agreed, it has been awhile. Worth chatting up in the Thursday night chats and/or Discord channels, perhaps?

If I recall, I had been assigned/chosen the chapel of Pelor and a residence (I think #8?). I'm still willing to submit these if this project is being revived.
