In this, I take the scattered references available for the Ur-Flan, add to them, and add in my take on what happened to everyone before the Twin Cataclysms, with the origins of the calendars, where people came from, and how they got to the present. This includes the Olve and their origins, and how the Dwurrow and Noniz are tied to them.
Along with it, I present a listing and overview of the groups within the four Human races, who are not mono-cultures, but have their differences and distinctions.
