Greetings fellow Grognards, Fantasists, and "Old School" FRPG Enthusiasts!

This announcement has been sent to inform you that Pied Piper Publishing (PPP) will be starting a new drive on February 15, 2009, and that ordering for the items/links listed below will go live 10AM CST time on that date at www.pied-piper-publishing.com

Three (3) products being offered, as well as two special grouped offers explained further below. The products are:

1. El Raja Key's Arcane Treasury, by Eric Nelson Shook and Robert Kuntz
2. Daemonic & Arcane, by Rob Kuntz
3. The Stalk, by Rob Kuntz

See details at our website (link above and at bottom) and as detailed below, on how the first two titles mix and match (deluxe and standard).

All Product Pages Go Live the 15th of February, 2009, at 10:00 AM CST.

Limited Editions (Signed and Numbered)

El Raja Key's Arcane Treasury (with Red Cover Daemonic & Arcane): 200 Limited Editions. This is a Limited Edition DELUXE SET of both titles, with only 200 deluxe sets being issued. There will be no reprints of this set and it will only be available through Pied Piper Publishing and will not be available from retail outlets. This deluxe set comes with a parchment-letter certificate indicating issue-number, date issued and includes both author's signatures and short biographies. We may arbitrarily limit the amount of this set that can be ordered by any one single customer if an order exceeds more than FIVE (5) copies. Price: $40.00.

The Stalk: 300 limited editions. A stand-alone adventure from the LGC&C™ line with only 300 signed and numbered copies being issued. There may be unsigned and unnumbered (Standard Edition) reprints of this title as future demand warrants; and any reprints of this title will be done in a different cover color and not in green card stock as the signed and numbered 1st printing. Price: $11.95.

Unsigned and Unnumbered Standard Edition Releases:

El Raja Key's Arcane Treasury: There will be 300 unsigned and unnumbered standard editions printed. There will be no reprints of this title. Price: $24.95.

Daemonic & Arcane (White Cover): There will be 200 unsigned and unnumbered standard editions printed. There will be no reprints of this title, though PPP may publish it in other game system print formats, including PDF, and/or as part of a compilation in any format. Price: $10.95.

Special Offer to Our Loyal Fans!

Special Combination Offer: Order in either of the TWO following combinations and combine shipping AND receive $5.00 off your total price, compliments of Rob Kuntz and Pied Piper Publishing for being such hardy fans!

COMBO 1) El Raja Key's Arcane Treasury, Standard edition + Daemonic & Arcane, Standard Edition + The Stalk, Limited Edition: $47.85 sub-total (less) immediate $5.00 Fan Appreciation Discount = $42.85 grand total, plus combined shipping.

COMBO 2) El Raja Key's Arcane Treasury, Deluxe Edition (signed and numbered 1-200 for ERKAT & 1-200 for Daemonic & Arcane, Limited Edition (Red Cover)) + The Stalk, Limited Edition: $51.95 sub-total (less) immediate $5.00 Fan Appreciation Discount = $46.95 grand total, plus combined shipping.

IMPORTANT Ordering Information

Pied Piper has discovered a bug in the handoff from the PPP order management software to Paypal when any order is placed using Firefox 3.0.6 (the newest version of Firefox 3). The bug does not handoff the order successfully to Paypal, and generates a "Sorry — your last action could not be completed" error which prevents login to Paypal as part of the PPP check-out process. Orders placed using Firefox 2.0.0.20, and Internet Explorer 6.029 have been tested and valided to function properly with Paypal's handshake. Orders may still be placed using Firefox 3.0.6 through a two-step process: 1) by filling out the PPP order normally, and then 2) after receiving the Paypal error, logging into Paypal manually to send payment for the order to orders@pied-piper-publishing.com (referening the order number from your PPP email confirmation, and sending the total payment from that order confirmation email). Such orders will not be charged twice, since the initial checkout from PPP does not result in a successful Paypal payment (if that somehow still occurs, overcharges will be refunded promptly).

More News…

The Piper's Corner, Issue #1 is here! We have released the very first issue of The Piper's Corner, an irregular electronic company newsletter downloadable in PDF format from our website at http://site.pied-piper-publishing.com/joomla/media/FirstIssuePipersCorner.pdf

The Piper's Corner showcases articles, product previews, product excerpts, and interviews with PPP staff, and will hopefully broaden our customers' awareness of what we are doing and the steps we are taking as a company to provide you with the best possible products and services. The newsletter will be published irregularly until we get its publishing rhythm down by coordinating its release with upcoming product schedules and other breaking news, at which time it could become a quarterly 'zine. Take a look at what we are doing and where we are going by downloading the free PDF file here.

We also have several news announcements and links under the UPCOMING menu.

One of these items announces a dear project of mine which involves publishing all of my ancient Lake Geneva Campaign Castle, Outdoor, City and Special levels and Original Campaign information, circa 1972-1985. Note our online product information as well as covers for two of the products due out this year at this link that will be live on February 15th, 2009. Also note information in our newsletter about this.

Pied Piper Publishing wishes to thank all of our past customers, fans and those that have worked closely with us and have lent encouragement and support in the past, including the fine folks at the ACAEUM, DRAGONSFOOT, CANONFIRE!, Knights & Knaves Alehouse, ENWorld, and elsewhere!
