Forwarded to webring portal?

Anyone know why I keep being randomly forwarded to the Greyhawk Adventures WebRing portal when I click on forum topics?

It happens to me off and on. No ideas why?

Me too.

Irritating but harmless so far.

It is absolutely driving me up the wall! Mad

I mentioned it to Cebrion and he pointed me to Gary, so I mentioned it to Gary . . . nothing. Sad

Of course, Gary's been saying that he's going to e-mail me about "something" for a couple of months now and . . . nothing. So -- I hate saying this, but -- I think Gary may be lost in WoW . . . along with everyone else! Shocked

We'll just have to keep "hanging in there," I guess. At least "we're" still here! And that gives me hope. Wink Happy Cool

Finally happened to me too. Still, it has happened only once. I am not sure why this would happen intermittently though.

You should let Gary know, Cebrion.

I spoke with him at length on last Thursday night's "chat" (Greytalk) and that same night he supposedly disabled the link -- temporarily -- to see if that would solve the problem.

Maldin was there and shared in the conversation -- he's involved with Web-Ring -- and he says the problem is/was on CF's "end" of things. So, again, Gary has disabled the link as of Thursday night. If its happened to anyone since Thursday night, then Gary wishes to be informed of it, as something else may need to be done.

psmedger@canonfire.com

Hasn't happened to me since Thursday night. It hasn't been doing any harm, its just aggravating.

And Gary wanted to thank everyone for their patience. Cool
