				| All, The re-birth of my campaign is in full swing, and such my storage has "spew" into my office (much to the distain of my other half!).
So I am offering up to any that have interest all of my duplicate Dragon mags.
I have aproximately 140 or so duplicates ( equalling 90#) of varied condition (as defined below) all are readable, but some have survived many "winters" (ie early 80s to turn of century so most are at least 10 years old) and the occasional Hurricane we have in this part of the world. So understand they ARE NOT Pristine "collectors items" if they were I would not be giving them away. They are my gift to you my fellow hawkers. All I ask is you cover the shipping plus one to three dollars for the packaging ( ie padded envelope or box if needed) Not looking to make any $$ just looking to provide others the enjoyment they have brought me. The alturnative is to donate them to the local game center or a paper drive, hate to either of those.
I have defined the condition behind the issue number.
The condition definitions are as follows:
VG- Very Good, just like they came of the store shelf
G- Good, no tears, but some wear ie dog ears, or post it note applied
F- Fair, cover wear, some wear at spine along stapled edge
P- Poor, heavy creasing, cover wear, dog ears, possible tears or minor water damage rippling ( still readable, just wavy hehe)

				| This offer is very generous of you, DLG, and I thank you for making it here on Canonfire. I would love to accept them, but don't think I'd have time to get much use out of them at this point in my life, so I'll leave it to others.
I'll point out that, from my own experience, the worse the condition of the printed material, the more valuable the information contained therein. Therefore, I'm not at all surprised that both of your Best of the Dragons are in poor condition.

				| What Sire Xaris said.
I am interested in the earliest 10-20 issues or so, though I'll have to double check which issues I may already have(I see no need to have duplicates either). There may be a few later issues too, but probably not many(I think I am solid from #81 onwards), and I don't much care about the condition of anything(I just want to read them, not treat them like Superman #1). Thankfully I typed up a list of what issues I do have, though I won't be pulling it out right now as it is nearly 5:00 AM here and I need to sleep!
I should be able to review it by this evening evening, after the sleeping and working bits of the day are done. _________________

				| Big C to be honest there has been little interest (surprising) so I think all are, will check my list !
Based on the count (39) and weighing that amount (26#)and say 1#(overkill for the box/packing) 27#
 USPS about $27
 UPS Ground about $25
Note takes about 10 days faster is $$$ for this much weight
So let me know how you want to cover the shipping and where to send and I'll send you back your list of what is still here
 best Regards
 DLG

 | Just a revisit to this thread I made when I first arrived here.
As I near completion of my "war room" I am parting with some duplications as I begin to stock it. So as before, the list is above and all it costs you is the postage and the packaging.
I have set a self imposed deadline of 1Apr to be in. So after that these go to the local hobby shop.
May they serve you as they have served me.

				| Do you have any approximations of the new shipping costs with the less weight/fewer issues?
I might be interested in finally starting to rebuild my collection. I used to have everything from issue #28 on. Alas, too many moves provide its downfall, like so many other things (including my vast collection of AH/SPI wargames and my scifi paperback collection!).

				| Joe (or anyone else that's interested) happy to determine what the shipping would be, just pm me a zipcode and an idea of qty and can get that $$ to you. I have a high tech method that determines the weight/ postage required (ie bathroom scale x qty of mag +1lb for box lol)
 thanks to all for reviewing

				| Just a "bump" to this thread to push it back into the light..... The war room is complete, the Mar2 2012 list above is still the current listing....as always they are FREE... you just pay for the shipping. I have decided that I will give them one last run until after thanksgiving, then they go to the game store.....
Let me know here or DMsCreateWorlds@aol.com

				| DLG,
Glad to hear the game room is complete. What would the shipping costs be to New Jersey. Well it could go media mail. I'll have to double check what gaps I have in my collection.

 All,
4 mags = aprox 1" or 2.4# (based on bathroom scale
) The last posted list is the current one.

Joe/Argon, USPS has a flat rate box of 51/2" for $16 bucks that would equate to 20 mags give or take since they vary slightly in number of pages. & I used trenton as a zipcode. My zipcode is 77536 should you wish to calculate your own variables.
 James,
Happy to surrender the remainder to you since you are local. (beats giving them to the game shop) BUT in fairness must allow Joe and Argon first "dibbs" since us "Grognards" have to stick together and you are still a "hairling" to the site. Its the paladin that requires it of me... they inquired first.. they get first. Hope you understand.

Looks like you have to register with stamps.com for media mail pricing? O well let me know what it will cost and I'll send it your way DLG.

I'm glad it made it in time for Christmas. If you have a tiled wall you can actually have it installed as well. If not might I suggest getting it framed to hang on a wall.
