Weather Rules

My understanding is that Sandstorm and Frostburn don't add (or change) any of the rules in the D&D 3.5 DMG. Correct?

I hate creating a new thread for such a shoert-term question, so I'll take any other comments on the books... Confused

I don't believe the above products change the rules, though they do expand upon them.
