Okay, for those who need to know . . .

Thursday night, on Greychat, I was informed that Rory "DarkHerald" was finishing up work on The Canonfire Chronicles.

On Saturday, I received this message from Rory, via Skype:

"[4/20/2013 1:15:25 AM] Rory Klein: No I havent received anything for canon chronicles other than a short piece that skip forward me that Dennis wrote. I havent been in the loop for a long time and thought that the project was dead in the water."

There is -- apparently -- some miscommunication going on somewhere. If DarkHerald is working on The Canonfire Chronicles, he is woefully unaware of it.

Or perhaps someone "misspoke" and didn't mean to name DarkHerald, but someone else?

Just thought you should know.

The person who is heading things up (I think that is Sir Xaris) should post a thread detailing where the project is and who is working on it.

I have sent three submissions of varying length to DarkHerald. He said he would get to formatting the Canonfire Chronicles after the tax season ends (his job is related). I have sent another message since MS's information is completely unexpected.

Sir Xaris, Argon and DarkHerald are now all aware of the miscommunication taking place and are working to resolve the problem! Wink

It's all good and on track for middle to late May for release of Canonfire Chronicles. Some misunderstanding caused a bit of confusion, but it hasn't affected the end result.

I'll be sending out an email to those involved in the production of the fanzine tomorrow... err, later today. rolleyes
